Each second of your experience will be action packed to hold your attention, build your stamina, and sharpen your skill set.
We have all of our programs on a thirteen week training cycle, which a practitioner could start at any time. Each week focuses on one of the major positions in Jiu Jitsu, and during that week, each class will repeat the same techniques from the beginning of the week until the end of the week in order to improve retention. Then, the following week, we will start the process again with a new position. By the end of one year, a practitioner will have gone through the cycle four times, which would put them well on their way to having a well rounded gameplan.
